From time to time schools need a little more personalised or longer term support and MSTA has a strong track record in providing this. Our support to other schools has included, but is not limited to;

• Departmental / specialist base/SEND reviews
• Support for implementing new initiatives e.g. Growth Mindset, Clever Classrooms, Behaviour Support, ASD Friendly learning spaces
• Coaching support for the Headteacher ( e.g. one two hour session per month)
• Mentoring for new Headteachers - flyer
• Pupil Premium Reviews - flyer
• Finance Reviews - flyer
• Teaching and learning reviews
• Longer term support for school improvement (e.g. termly or half termly support for the Head / leadership team)
• Support for colleagues undertaking NPQH
