I have been headteacher of Rutlish School, an outstanding secondary school,  since 2019. Rutlish is ‘A Place to Achieve REAL Success’ and as such our vision is to ensure Respect, Equality, Aspiration and Learning at the heart of everything we do.

Our staff and students strive for excellence where we expect every member of our community to realise their unique potential. We are an inclusive school where every student matters. We are committed to providing the highest quality education and as such that includes providing the best professional development for staff and sharing best practice with other schools.

Students are stretched and challenged through an exciting array of learning activities and enrichment opportunities. I have high aspirations and expect  every student to receive an exceptional education, especially those who are disadvantaged or have special educational needs.
